Mango Smoothies

I am going to shift away from breakfast after today but I must share one last recipe.  I enjoy mangoes and am starting to see them creep into the market (even though I barely get to see the inside of a market in this city…boooo!).  Enjoy this at breakfast or as a midday snack.  It’s delicious and nutritious.

Ingredients:

2 mangoes, seed removed, peeled and chopped
2 c. mango sorbet
2 6-oz. French vanilla low-fat yogurt
1 1/2 c. fat-free milk or soymilk

Place all ingredients in blender.  Cover and blend until smooth.  Enjoy!

Cut up the mangoes very small and it will be less stress on your blender.  Many of you have written about the struggles with your blenders when you try to make smoothies.
