Deviled Crab
Another recipe that I am unable to try for you but I do trust the palates of those around me and when they tell me it is delicious, I must share! This is an old recipe from the 1950′s and is a delicious starter for any meal. It’s quick and easy!
Ingredients:
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. lump crab meat
whites of 3 hard cooked eggs, finely sliced
yolks of 3 hard cooked eggs, mashed
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
dash of cayenne pepper
3 Tbsp. melted butter

Preheat oven to 400. Combine milk and bread crumbs. Gently stir in crab and sliced egg whites. Blend in remaining ingredients. Pour into buttered 9 x 5 x 3″ loaf pan. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake for 20 minutes. Serves 3.
